It's always fun to find a beautiful new spot for family photo sessions! The chosen location this past weekend was totally new to me, and I wonder if I would have ever found it if the Swedko family had not suggested it. Though it's just off busy Boughton Road in Bolingbrook, Hidden Lakes Trout Farm is quiet and serene - with several ponds, a nature path, and a beautiful wooden bridge that goes all the way to Naperville. So pretty! What an ideal spot to meet this lovely family for a fall mini photo session![...]

It was awesome to see our old neighbors for a photo session the other day...AND meet their newest little boy! What a little doll. I remember when they had no kids!! Now - it's beautiful to see how this family has grown. Baby Josh – Happy First Birthday!!

Oh my goodness, was this little guy cute!! He's celebrating his first birthday and showing off his two little teeth! What a cutie!! I LOVE babies...and it's a total joy for me to hold them, kiss them, love them, and of course, take pictures of them! I loved doing that for my little ones when they were babies and I will jump at the chance to do the same for anyone else's - if given the opportunity. :-) Happy Birthday little Josh - I'm happy to have met you and your nice mom and dad.
