It was awesome to see our old neighbors for a photo session the other day...AND meet their newest little boy! What a little doll. I remember when they had no kids!! Now - it's beautiful to see how this family has grown. It was so nice to see and catch up with the Raatjes family a couple of days ago! We met at lovely Pilcher Park in Joliet. Though it felt like near 100% humidity that evening and there were mosquitoes biting us at every moment, it was a great spot to both catch up with these old friends and take some family pictures! Yesterday was the last day of summer vacation here in New Lenox IL. My three kids are actually happy to go back, and I'm sure the reason for this is that they're excited to see all their school friends again!My youngest, Benny, has a great little friend who was his seat partner last year on the bus.
