Well, Thanksgiving week just passed and my kids have (with great sadness) gone back to their regular school schedules. Greetings!! It's been a while since I posted anything on the blog (mid-December to be exact!). Once things got too cold and too busy with the holidays, I just hunkered down for the winter months.
