The Havekost Family – Bird Haven Greenhouse Family Photo Session, Joliet Family Photographer

Well, Thanksgiving week just passed and my kids have (with great sadness) gone back to their regular school schedules.  These days have been surprisingly busy for me and I’ve been taking much too long to post highlights from the photo session a few weeks ago of a dear family at our church who is expecting their fourth little one.  Finally, though, here are the highlights!

We met for photos on a chilly, wet day.  Because of this, we were very thankful for the Bird Haven Greenhouse at Pilcher Park in Joliet – a warm, dry, and beautifully bright place for photos.  Looking at the pictures, you’d never know it was wet and dreary outside.  There were actually several other photo sessions taking place there that day, LOL!

I’m so excited for Josh and Erica!  I remember so well the excitement and joy there is in a family when a new baby’s on the way!!  Children truly are a blessing from the Lord – and I’m so happy for this family and look forward to meeting baby Havekost very soon…as I know many people are!

Is the baby a boy?  A girl?  Mum’s the word at this point…the Havekosts are keeping everyone at our church in suspense! 😊
