About three years ago, my family visited Stone Church in Orland Park. I loved the worship time we experienced whenever we visited there, and soon, we decided to make it our church home. Transitions like that can be really tough (especially for kids) since you feel like you’re leaving behind many old friendships.
But, as usual, God provided for our every need during that time and – in this case – in addition to helping us maintain the wonderful friendships from our old church, He blessed us with so many new friends since we’ve been at Stone – for my husband and I and our kids!
…which brings me to this lovely family ~ the Insalacos!! My girls LOVE their little ones SO MUCH and seek them out each Sunday (my girls were terribly disappointed that I didn’t bring them along for this photo session, actually). And the Insalaco boys have been such sweet friends to my little guy. We are truly thankful for their friendship! 💕
Anyway, it was so much fun to take their photos this past weekend. While walking around, we saw a pretty waterfall and even met a tiny toad on the path (that was quite unexpected and added lots of excitement!). It was a great time!
